House System

Our school fosters teamwork and healthy competition through the House System. Students are divided into three houses - Cheran, Chozhan and Pandiyan - named after the great ancient Tamil kingdoms. This tradition inspires students to be proud of our rich cultural heritage.

The House System encourages active participation in academics, arts, and extracurricular activities, including sports and games, acting, singing, and quiz competitions. Each house is supported by dedicated teachers who mentor and guide students. Student leaders take charge of organizing various programmes and events.

Every week, during the special assembly, the house that has excelled the most in class cleanliness, academics and sports is honored with the opportunity to hoist their house flag, symbolizing their achievements and motivating others to strive for the top spot.

At the Annual Sports Meet, the house demonstrating the best sports achievements receives the overall trophy. Similarly, during the Annual Prize Day, the house excelling in academics is awarded a trophy in recognition of their outstanding performance.

Through this house system, students cultivate leadership qualities, teamwork, and develop a strong sense of belonging, enriching our school community with enthusiasm and a positive spirit of competition.
