At Montfort Community School, our teachers are the backbone of our mission, playing a vital role in shaping the future of our tribal children.
We give priority to equipping and developing our teachers, ensuring that our staff remain motivated and aligned with the principles and vision of our School. Regular training and orientation programs help them stay updated and committed to their roles.
Currently, we have 45 qualified staff members, all graduates or postgraduates, who serve with dedication and compassion. Their deep sense of fulfillment and love for the children is evident in everything they do and their commitment is appreciated by all.
